The sun shone for this fun event so we could make use of the school field and have plenty of room to spread out.
5 primary schools participated giving us a total of 50 KS1 pupils.
10 of our year 12 pupils taking their Sports Leaders awards worked with the children who were divided up into mixed school groups. They warmed them up, explained and supervised the activity and cooled them down at the end.
A much needed break for refreshments was taken half way through the afternoon.
Congratulations to all who took part and to the staff who gave up their time to bring them to make this a successful event which hopefully will be repeated next year.
