The boys teams were made up of pupils from St. Alban's, St. Augustine's, Birtley St. Joseph's and St. Peter's primary schools. There's was a fiercely fought and very close competition of a very good standard. Goals were scored by all sides with Birtley St. Joseph's marginally coming out ahead.

The girl's teams were represented by St. Augustine's, Birtley St. Joseph's and St. Peter's. This was also a very close competition with a lot of skillful play being demonstrated by all involved. Birtley St. Joseph's again won the most games.
