Gateshead/Whickham SSP in partnership with Gateshead Council recently held our second Year 7/8 Sportshall Athletics Festival. The event took place at Gateshead International Stadium on 7/12/05.

Approx. 168 Young People from year 7/8 took part in the event, with 7 from 10 Gateshead Secondary Schools entering a team. There was also a strong volunteer presence, with 25-30 Sixth Form Students assisting with the officiating.
