what we have been up to

We have had a very b usy term. We have had our sports for all afternoon on the school field, we have taken parts in tournaments, festivals etc and we have had strawberry teas!

High Spen Pirate day

As part of their seaside topic Class B at High Spen Primary held a pirate day. All of the children dressed as pirates and every lesson was pirate themed. In these photos we are having pirate PE. We are walking the plank, playing 'Captain's coming!' and using black spot stepping stones to race across the sea.
There were some scary looking pirates but everyone went home with all limbs in tact.
